Shipping & Returns


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 SGD, including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes).

Orders under $100 will be charged a ground shipping fee of $6. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within the next 3 business days, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Order with standard shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days, from the time it ships, to arrive at its final destination.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We ship only within Singapore. We do not ship internationally at this time. However, Alchemy For Me products are available. Alchemy For Me is also coming soon to in the United State of America, India, Australia and the United Kingdom.



We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at su*****@al**********.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

Alchemy does not accept partial returns for Value Sets, Gift Sets, or Bundles. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at su*****@al**********.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective item, please email su*****@al**********.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item.

Kindly provide us with 5-10 business days to get back to you. We will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.
